Customs export charges are fully borne by Enclopius Edizioni Sas. Any import customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will be charged upon delivery.
Museum-Shop.it (Enclopius Edizioni Sas) has no control over import customs duties which may vary from country to country.

  • Order preparation

All orders come processed in 1-2 business daysunless otherwise indicated on the product. Some products may take up to 15 business days to process. Once the order has been shipped, an email will be sent with the information of tracking, or you can log in to your account to check the status of your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or medical products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If you're approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a set period of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at online@museum-shop.it.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at online@museum-shop.it and send your item to: Via B.Croce 12, Napoli, 72, 80137, Italy.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped direct to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once we have received your returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the giver had the order shipped to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return the product, you must send the product to: Via B.Croce 12, Naples, 72, 80137, Italy.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you can vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Divide your payment into 3 interest-free installments to spread the cost of your purchase over time. The first payment will be made when the order has been processed, while the other 2 will be withdrawn every 30 days from a debit or credit card of your choice. 

 

 

When your order is shipped, you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets classified in your spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look there if you feel like you've been waiting a little too long.
