Description

Keychain Paestum Diver. Inspired by the fresco of 480 - 470 BC, Paestum, Archaeological Museum.

The Tomb of the Diver is an artifact of the Greece Magna funerary art. It has a strong significant historical-artistic value, the only testimony of Greek figurative painting and not vascular. The walls of the building and the cover plate itself are entirely plastered and decorated with wall painting of a figurative subject, made with the fresco technique. The image of the diver constitutes the internal decoration of the cover slab of a tomb found near Paestum. The man in the act of diving into a stream probably symbolizes the passage from life to death.

Always carry with you the right harmony between past and present.
