Gold, together with silver, were the most used precious metals in the jewels of the dominant social classes of the period Roman .

Some long gold necklaces, gold bracelets and armillas have been recovered, including two pairs worked with snake heads, cameos, rings with onyx, agate and carnelian gems engraved with images of divinities, mythological characters, symbolic objects.
